Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (EULA)

I. Introduction
These Terms of Use and End User License Agreement (collectively, the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "user") and TROODON YAZILIM TEKNOLOJI REKLAM HIZMETLERI SANAYI VE TICARET LTD.ŞTİ ("we", "us", "our"), regarding your access to and use of the "Cardora AI" mobile application (the "App").
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.
II. Changes to this Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.
III. Eligibility
The App is not intended for children under the age defined by applicable data protection laws (generally under 16). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
IV. App functionality
The App allows users to:
- Scan sports cards using the device camera
- Recognize and identify sports cards
- Display information related to scanned cards (e.g., player details, card attributes, statistics)
The App is intended solely for personal, non-commercial use.
V. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and understood how we process your data.
VI. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App
- Reverse engineer or decompile the App
- Use the App for commercial purposes without permission
All intellectual property rights belong to TROODON YAZILIM TEKNOLOJI REKLAM HIZMETLERI SANAYI VE TICARET LTD.ŞTİ or its licensors.
VII. User responsibilities
You agree not to use the App in any way that:
- Violates any laws or regulations
- Infringes intellectual property rights
- Is harmful, abusive, or fraudulent
You are responsible for how you use the App.
VIII. Camera usage
The App requires access to your device's camera to scan sports cards. The camera is used solely for recognition purposes.
We do not access or store your photo library.
IX. Subscriptions and payments
Some features of the App may require a paid subscription.
- Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled
- Payments are handled via Apple App Store or relevant platforms
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple ID settings
Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
X. Third-party services
The App may rely on third-party services for functionality (e.g., card data providers). We are not responsible for third-party content or services.
XI. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available".
We do not guarantee:
- That the App will be error-free
- That results (card recognition or information) will be accurate or complete
- That the App will always be available
XII. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for:
- Any indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or profits
- Errors in card recognition or displayed information
Your use of the App is at your own risk.
XIII. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate this Agreement.
XIV. Governing law
This Agreement shall be governed by applicable laws as determined by TROODON YAZILIM TEKNOLOJI REKLAM HIZMETLERI SANAYI VE TICARET LTD.ŞTİ, unless otherwise required by local regulations.
XV. Apple requirements
You acknowledge that:
- This Agreement is between you and us, not Apple
- Apple is not responsible for the App
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support
